Authentication

This guide covers account registration, sign-in, password recovery, and sign-out.

Create an account

1. On the sign-in page, select Register.
2. Enter your full name.
3. Enter a valid email address.
4. Enter a password with at least 8 characters.
5. Enter the same password in the confirmation field.
6. Select Register.

After successful registration, you will enter the application. If the email address is already in use or is not permitted, follow the displayed message or contact your administrator.

Sign in

1. Open the sign-in page.
2. Enter your Email or username.
3. Enter your Password.
4. Select Remember me only on a private device if you want the application to remember your email or username.
5. Select Login.

After a successful sign-in, the Dashboard opens. You cannot continue if your account is inactive or your credentials are incorrect.

Reset a forgotten password

1. On the sign-in page, select Forgot password?
2. Enter the email address associated with your account.
3. Select Send reset link.
4. Open the recovery message sent to your email.
5. Open the password reset link.
6. Enter and confirm a new password with at least 8 characters.
7. Save the new password, then sign in again.

A recovery link can only be used while it remains valid. Request a new link from the Forgot password page if it has expired.

Sign out

1. Select your name or avatar at the bottom of the sidebar.
2. Select Logout.
